At the company level Rz5 stores each financial entity your company deals with along with their list of shipping and billing addresses, vendor and customer terms, shipping account numbers, credit card information, and more.
At the contact level Rz5 implements tools your sales staff can use to identify each individual at a customer site, their direct contact information, their role in the company, and all notes and contact history that your team has gathered.
Rz5 also supports phone call history, call count and duration tracking, and charts and reports to identify each agent’s or team’s activity profile.
